I have not come across another teacher who lives and demonstrates so wholeheartedly each of the principles that they teach. To experience yoga with Caroline is to gain a deeper understanding of one’s self, while developing true strength on every level

What attracted me most to Caroline’s classes is her complete transparency and sincerity. Her classes feel so completely raw in the most beautiful way that I don’t even know how to explain.

Caroline Wybar

1,000-Hour Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist, C-IAYT, E-RYT 500, RYS 200, RYS 300, RYS 500

Yoga made possible a miracle of healing in me. Gratitude and a sense of wonder are what animate my teaching today. I believe passionately in the power of yoga to restore health to the body, equanimity to the mind, and vitality to the soul. I love what I do, and I feel a genuine excitement about sharing this practice with others.

I believe that each of us has within ourselves a wellspring of peace. To live from this place is to live a life of great freedom and joy. My hope as an instructor is to create an environment in which students can connect to a sense of wholeness within. It is my honor to be there to witness this journey and to serve as a gentle and affirming guide along the way.

Caroline embraced yoga as a way of life in 2010 and has devoted herself wholeheartedly to its study and practice ever since. Caroline has received and completed over 2,500 hours of formal teacher training. Her three primary teachers today are Tiffany Cruikshank, Kia Miller, and Jill Miller. She is forever grateful to ALL of her teachers - past and present - for their indelible and ongoing contributions to her learning and growth. She wishes to extend particular thanks to James Kigar, Judy Weaver, Amy Gordon, Tara Wood, Tias Little, Brock Cahill, Annie Carpenter, Tom Myers, Karen Burnett, Carol Butler Diamond, and Rod Stryker.

From the beginning, Caroline dove into teaching full-time with a quiet fervor that continues only to grow from one year to the next. She has accrued over 11,000 hours of teaching experience offering private instruction and leading group classes, workshops, retreats and teacher trainings both within the U.S. and around the world. Based out of Stonington, Maine, she is thrilled to offer classes and educational programming through her virtual studio, Yoga with Caroline - https://carolinewybaryoga.instillvideo.app/ .
